Mcdonald's - Mesquite

I truly believe management from the regional office need to audit this location. They didn't ask if I was using my rewards. The sign you have posted states if staff don't ask you if you're using your rewards you'll get a free slushie that didn't happen on Labor Day around 3:05 p.m.

Same ongoing issue with these mesquite/garland McDonald's. Why is is that no one can get a simple order right or even put all the items bought into you're order? I mean is it just a child taking orders or the fry cooks children? I just don't get how people can be so dumb.

8/6/22... The customer service was so so. Cleanliness was horrible they dont clean the tables even when the workers pass by a dirty table. And our burgers were given to us like they went through a tornado. Dont know if I will come back here

Any time of the day they are very fast, just what anyone is looking for when coming to a McDonald's

Recently renovated McDonald's. Busy location. Friendly service and accurate orders. I encourage downloading the app to earn rewards. Also convenient when ordering. Can pick-up in store or the drive-thru.
