Subway - Mesquite

Customer service is nonexistent here. They are rude and moody. Don't ask for anything or they will roll their eyes about having to do their job, like toasting your sandwich. Looks like they hate their job. I quit going to Subway because of how rude they are at this store.

Cassandra IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! SHE'S FAST, SWEET, KNOWS HER JOB AND WHAT SHE IS POSED TO BE DOING. NEED MORE WORKERS LIKE HER. Thank you for being helpful with a smile also for getting my sandwiches ready quickly as well. Keep up the good work!!!!

Simply the worst possible subway I have ever been to, well after the one on Galloway and Tripp that is. Rudest employees I have ever met, very disrespectful. Potty mouths need to be left at the door, not going on in the store especially with customers only feet away. Maybe if the boy would have taken the damn air pod out of his ear he could have heard the order that he was in process of taking. Maybe if the girl cared about getting paid she would have been more polite. Overall, disgusting place to go and if it wasn't for the food I wouldn't have gone to begin with. Now wishing I would have gotten food somewhere else

Pretty sure if I’m the customer and i want the foot long with two different meats on it. (Half Half) plus I’m paying for it, there shouldn’t be a problem right? ….. tell me why one of your staff members refused to do it like that, when i have gotten it before that way. He said there not allowed to do it that way. Refused to let me speak to a manager and said he can’t let me talk to one.

I made sure to leave a nice tip for both of the young men that made my sandwiches. They did a great job. The store was clean and the service was excellent! I also mentioned to them while I was paying how pleased I was with them. They paid attention and were very polite.
