Subway - Mesquite

I've been on this subway for more than 6 months. It's convenient to my job in Sunnyvale. It's probably the best subway I've ever been to. It is usually operated by a woman sometimes two and it is fast and efficient. I have very little time for lunch and she always gets my sandwich or wrapping prepared in no time. In addition, she is always friendly and polite. She knows what I get, because my sandwich usually varies between 3 styles and she expects the blends. I appreciate her work ethics and hard work.

The sandwich was delicious n service ok but all the booths were dirty n when I asked to have the table cleaned I was handed some napkins . I didn't even get napkins when I got my sandwich!!

This is the closest subway to me and I never had a problem until last night. I usually go during the day after work and the staff is always nice but I went last night at 9:08. Prior to going I googled what time they close and on the website it say 9:30. When I walked up to the door there was a sign on the door that said they close at 9pm but when I pulled on the door it opened. When I walked in the two young ladies were rude. They did not greet me they just stared at me when I walked in as if they did not want me there so I said “hello” because no one said anything when I walked in they were just staring at me. Neither one of them said anything once I said hello so I asked if they were closed and the girl with the braids said “no we close at 9:30” so I said ohh okay. I felt the negative energy as if I was unwanted there. Another lady pulled up once I was getting ready to leave and she walked up to the door and turned back around and the girls just stared at her like they did me as if they were hoping she wouldn’t come in after me. I went to my car and told the lady that they were still open and so she went in.

Always great customer service, employees are very suggestive to make your experience great

Our server was nice and fixed our wrap kind of in a flap square shape. Not complaining, it was actually perfect for dining and driving ???. Wish I took a pic. My best part of subway are the wraps, and cookies ? ?.Also, store is always clean. ????
