Chaps Chicken - Metairie

Waited 40 minutes for a 2 piece with mac n cheese. After getting it, the chicken was so bland. No flavor whatsoever other than grease. Had to dump salt on it to make it edible. The lady at the counter was also extremely rude which didn’t help the experience at all. Never coming back.

I really hate to do this because the young lady at front desk was so kind.. this has got to be the blandest chicken I’ve ever had in my life. No flavor. Fried perfectly but literally just tastes like crust. I didn’t even know chicken could be that bland. Unfortunately won’t come back. Update the red bean side was a nice portion but honestly they were just as flavorless as the chicken. So I had to reduce to 1 star. This place is Complete Trash.The food has no Flavor and my chicken was burnt.The fries have no salt.they charge extra for the sauces.The food is not good at all.the service is so rude.

Takes a minute to come out but hot n juicy inside crispy on the outside. I had the chicken n the fish, both amazing. Friendly staff. N lucky me, their around the corner.

The fried chicken is great: crispy skin, juicy meat, cooked in peanut oil, not spicy.
