Mcdonald's - Metairie

Surprisingly good service for a fast food joint. And as stated it's fast food, but quality of thisnparticular place was bad. Sandwiches were not made as advertised, you know all the picked were pile up on side of sandwiches so they fell out when picked up, special sauce was just one blob in middle.

Horribly unprofessional. You shouldn't have to deal with the man at the window flirting with you to get your order. Believe it or not, nobody goes through the drive through to give you their number, we go to get our food and leave. Not be harassed by the workers.

Fast food without the fast or the food. Went through the drive through last week and for some reason the worker couldn't figure out how to enter a number 5 with a root beer. Sat there for minutes while they tried to figure out how to delete whatever it is they hit. Finally just drove off and went elsewhere. Went there tonight pressed for time and just sat at the speaker for 4 to 5 minutes.. nothing. Drove off with no food once again as the worker us just standing in the window. Idk what kinda ppl this McDonald's hires but I would bet my 6 year old could operate that store more efficiently. How do you make the same food for 65 years and still can't figure out the basics? Trash. Never go here.

Fry oil need to be change because. There was hot but soft and greasy. But the window atendant was. Good.

The best service I received from any McDonald’s customers felt real appreciated and workers were very sweet and considerate.
