Located near the hotel district, this restaurant boasts ample parking. The staff is exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food is incredibly fresh, from the salads to the dinner rolls, and the selection of fruit and pies adds a nice touch. However, a notable downside is the lack of high-quality ice cream, especially considering how delicious their pies are. Additionally, there is no WiFi available, which could be a drawback for some patrons. On a positive note, the fish was both healthy and tasty. A few customers might also find the absence of beer or wine disappointing.

We specifically chose this restaurant for the $1.99 kids' dinner, but it ended up costing us $12.99 because the rules around kids' meals weren’t clearly explained. Additionally, the staff lacked the customer service skills to effectively address our concerns. We didn’t receive a single offer for refills, and no one checked in on us after the woman processed my payment. If I’m going to spend over $40 on dinner for my daughter and myself, it definitely won't be at Piccadilly again. I should have just gone for sushi instead.

I really enjoy dining at Piccadilly's. The only downside is that they don't have potato salad available. I went the other day for the delicious fried fish, but unfortunately, there was no potato salad.

I absolutely love the staff; they are incredibly friendly. I've been visiting Dilly since I was a baby, and it still feels just as I remember it—with carpeted floors and all. The place is clean and spacious, and the staff even noticed it was my brother's birthday, creating a charming little Happy Birthday comic for him. It's truly a gem for this city.
