Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Metairie

I ordered delivery, and everything arrived hot and just as I requested, including the prompt delivery of my crates!

The service here is horrible. The drive thru takes forever and you better check your order before you pull way from the window because it's usually wrong.

Fresh and delicious. Anytime you can grab a pice of chicken and eat it when it's cold, you really got something good. It put the Popeyes that I had form a particular location (in Chicago)to shame.

If this location isn't busy causing a traffic jam with a line of cars at the drive-thru, the staff seems preoccupied with discussing the customers right in front of them. It's a peculiar approach to customer service, to be honest, and it almost feels like they're trying to deter potential future business. To each their own, I suppose.

I'm extremely frustrated that my order was messed up so badly! They included small potatoes instead of large ones and there were no red beans. They really need to double-check their orders!
