Tower Of Pizza - Metairie

Great pizza!. I was a bit put off when we first entered, because there was no sign saying to seat yourself and the waitress walked into the room, look at us, then walked away. ???<br/ <br/ We waited around for a minute or two before another waitress came out of the kitchen and told us to just sit anywhere we like. She wound up being our server. Must say incredibly friendly lady!<br/ <br/ We ordered a large pizza pepperoni and extra cheese on half, and the Hot Spicy on the other half. We also decided to split an order of spaghetti and meatballs. The spaghetti sauce was a bit plain, but it was sweet (the way I love it). The meatballs were absolutely delicious. As for the pizza it's a thin(nish) crust. The toppings were plentiful. When they add extra cheese, they seriously add extra cheese. The large is 8 slices 8 very large slices. There was more than plenty to take home for the rest of the weekend. <br/ <br/ We'll definitely be returning!

Best Pizza In The City. Old school neighborhood pizza place, uncomplicated menu, awesome staff, and of course spectacular pizza and a great Italian toss salad. I usually order a large pepperoni pizza and a pitcher of beer... always satisfied!

As good as it gets!!!!!. So my wife and I were sitting at the children 's school waiting for them to be dismissed and we were trying to figure out where to eat pizza since we both live in Houston. So I decide to google best pizza in New Orleans and Tower of Pizza comes up with 73 reviews. We read quite a few and decide this is the place. When we arrived the place was exactly what I had hoped for it specialized in nothing other than pizza. Checkered table cloths and the smell of pizza all around. We sat down and the waitress met us promptly and got our drink order and I asked did they have a menu. The waitress replied 'it 's on the wall '. I looked up and she was right it was posted big as day. I got excited because it was pizza, salad, and spaghetti end of subject. Not a bunch of appetizers and extra stuff that nobody needs to order when they want a great pizza. We ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, black olives, extra cheese and 1 small italian salad. The salad came first and man they knocked it out of the park. It was a basic italian salad with great dressing and artichokes and it tasted exactly how I would want it to. Then the pizza arrived and 'Wow ' it looked amazing and smelled incredible. Large pizza cut in 8 slices and looked like a thing of beauty. First thing for me is always the crust and one bite in I knew this would be one of the best pizza 's I would ever have. Bottom line is this is a pizza place doing pizza right. I know now why they don 't carry a bunch of other menu items and I hope they stick with what they do best and that 's make the best pizza in town. Can 't wait to go back!!!!!!!!!

Best pizza around Nola and the price reflects it. I strongly suggest getting it to go. I would give the pizza a 10 and the atmosphere of the place a 0. There's usually loud kids complaining about which arcade game to play and there's nothing on the walls to look at. Little pricey but the best pizza in Nola in my opinion.

Been going to this place since I was a kid. Always gotten great pizza here! I love the fact that the place is EAXCTLY the same since I was a kid! Every time I come into town, I HAVE to get a pie from Tower! If you don't like the decor, then stay home and order crappy pappa johns or even worse dominos!
