The Omakase Japanese style raging in places like NYC and LA now has a bastion here in the provinces, in a stylish location next to Whole Foods in Metairie. Great had rolls, quality fish and Japanese food favorites executed with style and competence. Good to see this style of Japanese cuisine finding roots here at home.

This is the best sushi in New Orleans, hands down. The sushi chefs are skilled, the service is top notch. I love the bluefin tuna. I watched them butcher it in real time at the bar. It was rally cool.

My step dad and I were going on a shopping trip. We decided to stop by this place to dine in. This is the first time we came here. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing and not crowded. Also, I’d love to say Theresa P. was absolutely incredible, she was very kind and patient. She has answered all of questions with a smile. We ordered a good bit of food and everything is terrific! It’s a tough call, but I got to say Karaage is probably my favorite item on the menu. Overall probably one of my new favorite restaurants with one of the best service. We will be back for sure!

Absolutely incredible dressed nigiri. The freshest fish you will find. Inventive in all the ways. Highly recommend the cod special. And the uni/scallop/mushroom nigiri special.Be prepared bill after tip was $300 for 2. But we didn’t skimp.
