Il Bolognese On Ocean - Miami Beach

That was delicious, but nothing really Italian. not worth the price.

We had lunch on the terrace outside today. the lookout was great with excellent weather for the day. the service was fantastic as our server helped us to decide what would suit our taste for the day. I wasn't so hungry and decided on the quesadilla with huh, which was served hot with melted cheese and a side acid cream. it was delicious and very full. my wife had the homemade veggie burger that she said was very tasty but a little dirty. yet she enjoyed it very and felt fulfilled after the conclusion.

I met with some friends in il bolognese and overall I had a good time. the interior is quite much in the lobby of a hotel, but at the same time quiet. I would say the quality of food and the service was not the best. I felt as if a waitress went to work that slowed them down. the ambiente is really the best for this restaurant.

The ambience was beautiful, they’re just having some construction work outside so that kind of painted it a little bit. But that is some thing out of their control. Waitress we had was a little bit difficult to understand and the difficulty communicating with us. Also, the drinks we got were a size small but we got charged for the big size. We didn’t bring it to the waitresses attention because we had to leave, which another thing the waitress had difficulty recognizing.

It may have been a bad night, but the service was fair to average at best along with the food. Greek Salad was good but pasta was fair and it came out cold. Outdoor setting and location are great, so if the service and food matched, they could do really well.
