Starbucks - Miami Beach

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with excellent customer service and a clean environment. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area, which was lovely and inviting. The staff was attentive and friendly, especially Cassian, who was incredibly patient when I couldn't find my app. The decor and signage were beautiful and welcoming. I will definitely return in the future!

Wow! The location is fantastic! The staff is cheerful, polite, and incredibly helpful. Although the place was busy, it was spotlessly clean and well-maintained! Nicole was especially attentive, making sure I enjoyed my drink since it was my first time ordering it!

This is my favorite Starbucks! I love this location so much that I drive all the way from Brickell just to visit. They always make my latte perfectly. The baristas here, Izzy, Kelly, Nicolas, and Steven, are incredibly friendly! They take the time to get to know their customers, and they remember that I like my venti soy green tea latte without foam. I really appreciate their attention to detail and how they cater to my preferences. I will always be a fan of this place!

These are the hands down best dieucks, I was too. my drink is always so good. I come to this place almost every day. fritza is a very beautiful woman who works there. she is one of the sweetest people I can get to know. she always works with a positive thinking and also inspires others.

Came to this location having the absolute worst day. Izzy turned my day completely around! Had to cancel a flight last minute due to my travel companion’s unforeseen circumstances. Already checked out of our hotel. We came here to have a coffee while attempting to rebook flights for a reasonable price. After hours on the phone I was visibly very frustrated and upset. Izzy offered me a complimentary cake pop to cheer me up, was super empathetic and offered advice for places to stay until our new flight date. Such a kind and beautiful human being, the world needs more of Izzy! Thank you for being you
