Stadium - Miami Gardens

Pro 's- Extremely close to Hard Rock stadiumCon 's-1. When I arrived, the rep at the front desk (I only got a partial on her name tag but it was either Michelle or McKenzie) was not welcoming at all. She was screwing her face the entire time. If I hadnt just driven 5 hours, I would have just left and found a different hotel to stay at and disputed the cost with my bank. She definitely was not the face for a front desk person who interfaces with customers all day. Poor customer service!!2. I paid for CORNER KING BALCONYAn oversized non-smoking room with one king bed, sliding doors to a full balcony overlooking the pool area, Hard Rock Stadium Calder Casino, and a kitchenette. This room accommodates a maximum of 2 people in total, including both adults and children and if you see the photos this is the room she put me in. my view was canopy tents and a dumpster. The only upside to this view was watching a cute cat that came looking for food in the dumpster. Upon check out, I asked the much nicer lady at the front desk to confirm the room that I paid for. She did confirm BUT followed it up with tellng me I should have said something when I arrived. WHY? It clearer shows I paid for a room with a view. Why is is our guest responsibilty to make sure they are giving us the correct room.3. The breakfast or lack there of was absolutely disgusting. eggs, sausage and grits on both days and stale white bread. Coffee looked and taste like tar.4. TV didnt work so one of the maintenance staff had to come up with a different remote to change the input.I am soo surprised that this hotel has more than 3 stars.5. Super Sketchy area.6. When I asked questions regarding breakfast location breakfast location and the mini golf, the gentleman at the front desk said he did not know. The lack of breakfast was served in the 9th floor in a ball room. If you are brave enough to eat what they are offering, go as soon as they open because if you get the breakfast after 9am, the ballroom is packed and there are only scraps left.I literally placed a chair by the entrance door to the room and the door to what I assume was an adjoining room.Noteworthy details: Stay away! Its awful!

What a wonderful experience I had this weekend. I need to thank all the staff in the hotel. The girls in the Bar and Grill, all the receptionists, all the security guards and everyone in the hotel. The Hotel is very clean, well maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. Best hotel if you are attending any event in the Hard Rock Stadium, you can walk but difficult in summer because any short distance is uncomfortable due to extreme heat. But !!!! during events there is a shuttle company that for just 20 pp round trip they will take you and pick you up. They are also very professional and responsible. Thanks again to everyone, we will see you again

First of all, they advertise as a balcony hotel, but you cannot access the balcony at all. Secondly, we only chose this hotel to utilize the shuttle and easy transition to the stadium. The shuttle completely left all attendees stranded at the concert. It took literally 2 hours just to finally flag a car down after being told various different gates to wait to be picked up for hours. There were over thousands of member I remember a few of us being so worn down after walking for hours we just planned to walk the 40 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel says they’re not connected with the shuttle but you’re advertising it on your property. They’re selling tickets at your location and picking up at your location. And not to mention, your cashier is automatically assigning tips to the charge which is a felony. Hopefully everyone made it safely because this was a huge liability

I enjoyed my stay here while I was on vacation. The only issue I really had was that I paid extra for a full balcony and the when I got to my room the view overlooked half of the pool and the back of the hotel where there was nothing but a ton of white tents, a broken down car, the dumpsters and some other trash. It wasn’t too big of a deal since I was barely in the room. The breakfast was really good and fresh, the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms were immaculate! The staff was really nice! We didn’t get a chance to golf or swim because the weather was bad. I’d book again!

This hotel has so many things to do from basketball, courts, mini golf, and a pool perfect place for kids and great location right next to the stadium. They had Christian music playing in the back we really enjoyed that also.Rooms: 5/5
