Wendy's - Miami Gardens

The staff was extremely unprofessional and very rude. I waited over 30 minutes in line, which was poorly organized and confined. Despite there being only three cars ahead of me, the employees spent most of their time flirting with the person in front of me. It was frustrating to experience such a lack of efficiency.

I needed to take a break after a long day and was looking for some shade while waiting for the bus. I was really hungry, but the friendly staff took care of me. They prepared my fries fresh and without salt, and they were nice and hot. I also appreciated that they served me a soft drink from the machine outside since it wasn’t working inside the dining area. Overall, it was a pleasant experience thanks to the attentive staff.

The breakfast menu often lacks items at this location, as around 90% of the time, either the frosty ccino or the breakfast potato wedges are unavailable.

They constantly get my order wrong or forget a part of the order. Call them, they never answer the phone.

I've been here several times this location the food is horrendous it comes out cold they don't measure up to the food that it's supposed to be hot when you get your food they do this especially after 6:00 they don't care they don't care who you are and their employees horrendous if you pass the certain part of the window they tell you to back up so they can make it look like they're doing their food and timely manner which they're not they know how to be slick I don't go by that Wendy's again food is no good
