Pizza Hut - Miami Shores

Horrible, will never order from them again! Placed a delivery order at 2:30pm, didn't arrive till 4pm. Under baked and now sick because of it. Called to request a refund and nothing will be done about it. Now contacting corporate. Something is seriously wrong with them. There are 2 competitors in the area that offer good food and excellent service. So sorry I made this choice today.

Walked in and realized that a Meat Lovers was $10 online. Walked back out and order online and waited to pick it up. 12 buffalo chicken wings were last and took a little longer so the pizza was just warm. I had a beef brisket that was a little light on the cheese. But they were still good.

This restaurant is the one I always prefer. I eat in many restaurants but here I constantly return again and again. The crew is very professional and the food they cook is so tasty. I am always happy to have a decent dinner in this place. I recommend this place with pleasure.

What will say the owner!????? Please close that store or much better change the personal there ??????I have ordered Personal Pizzas Hut at several stores but this one never Mind. Delivery stay in her car when gave the pizza No vuelvo a llamarlos.

I had an awful experience ordering online ? on 05-30-20 my ticket number on my receipt was #0073. I placed my order and they immediately called to confirm address. The wait time was 20-30 minutes and I called 2 hours later to figure out where is my order. I was standing outside my house contacting Pizza Hut and they kept telling me the order was delivered. While they spoke to the manager and I was on hold a car pulled up and it was my neighbors, they apparently dropped off my order to the house on the opposite street. We told the employee on the phone the situation and all she said was Im sorry, it wont happen again? The pizza box was soggy and I wanted to request for another one but I was waiting so long that I was starving. The food was cold and I had to microwave my whole order? Horrible! Not ordering again from this location ever again!?
