Írjon visszajelzéstI’ve been going to Edge for the last few years and hadn’t been back since they did what I assumed to be a mini-rebrand. Well, it’s pretty much the same restaurant with 70% the same menu but the prices are all much higher. I usually don’t really mind paying for a good dinner but this is now flat out overpriced. It’s good food but not great and they’re just gouging at this point. 30 for a glass of Flowers Pinot Noir. I’ve been to Flowers in CA. It’s nice. That wine is not 30/glass wine. Really disappointed that a place I used to frequent will now shift to infrequent, if ever again.
Smaller portions than previously, but a great place to dine with outstanding views, ambience, and location.
Everything that I was able to get was five stars however the reason I didn’t give the overall rating as five stars is because I couldn’t get any ribeye. Every time I tried Except for the initial time in which the cut was fatty and gristly. The ribeye was one of the main reasons why we went to the brunch in the first place. To me this was a big disappointment but everything else almost made up for it. The quality of the food the service and the overall ambience was great but the rating was due to the fact that the ribeye was at most scarce and generally nonexistent.
What an experience. Maurizio was the star host for the evening. We had the loveliest cuisine full of flavours and a superb red wine selection by Maurizio. All dishes were mouthwatering. We loved the NY strip steak and grilled red snapper. Overall, great spot and top service.
I came for the brunch buffet. I believe it was tax and tip for $140 person. Expensive high end buffet. Service was excellent. Everything was very well excecuted. There were no stone crabs when I went. Just shrimp cocktail and oysters. You would get your moneys worth if you sat and ate seafood the entire time and maybe 10-15 oz of the tomahawk steak. The dessert bar was impressive. Lots to choose from and all were great. Pastas are made fresh. Would be willing to come back for another special occasion
