La Santa Taqueria - Miami

We arrived on Saturday afternoon at 5:30 PM. Although we had a reservation, it turned out we didn't actually need it. The tacos were excellent, and the queso fundido with chorizo was fantastic as well. While they didn't have draft beer, they offered a nice selection of bottled options.

Absolutely authentic and delicious tacos! The guacamole is outstanding, and the housemade margaritas are fantastic. I recommend ordering two taco plates to share. The al pastor tacos are exceptional. Don't miss the churros—they're perfection when paired with the dipping sauce!

Service was okay. Felt rushed to order- not sure why, we got there at 7 they close at 10. Presentation wise the food is great but that?s about if we?re being honest. My first drink, Hibiscus Paloma, was very watered down was brought to the serversattention. She stated she would bring it up to t I ordered the soft shell crab taco, the crab itself was greasy but not batterwas not fully cooked in the inside and lacked flavor. Also ordered birria tacos?again another disappointment- no melted cheeseand they served it with this weird tomato sauce?that?s not birria. Queso fundido was okay too but got hard fast. Only thingsaving this review was the desserts. The churros are made fresh and are perfect. Probably my favorite part of the night. TresLeche cake was good too. Lastly, terrible overpriced.

Our server, Danny, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable about the menu and incredibly helpful. The Passion Fruit Margarita was absolutely delicious, and the food was exceptional as well.
