Las Palmas Cafeteria - Miami

Place was good years ago but the last 2 times I've gone you really notice the old owners are not there anymore . I used the bathroom and saw how dirty the really is in the back . Don't take my word stop by . The palomilla steak was over cooked and dry and the beans had no taste . I'm surprised dirty dining has not investigated this restaurant. Ask to use the bathroom and u will see the filth . I am Cuban and I see the fake reviews on here this is far from Cuban food .take a look at the reviews all good reviews are from out of the state where people don't know real Cuban food but owner has a. Excuse for everything including roach found in food .

The restaurant offers great food and welcoming service. While it may not be extravagant, they serve excellent coffee and delicious home-cooked meals.

This is definitely a hole in the wall type place. Went for a late breakfast instead of the hotel where we were staying. The service was great and the food was good, but not great. The coffee was fantastic however. As far as Cuban spots downtown, I think this is a great option. I would definitely go again.Food: 4/5

The service at this restaurant is very poor. The food used to be delivered a bit quicker three weeks ago, but now it is unacceptable. There are bugs and cockroaches coming out of the kitchen, so they should have it inspected immediately.

The service and experience were terrible. I was never offered a drink after sitting for 20 minutes. The palomilla (thin sliced sirloin) was overcooked even though I asked for it medium, and the rice was undercooked. This restaurant must cater to tourists who are unfamiliar with authentic Cuban cuisine.
