Írjon visszajelzéstWent to this pizza hut, thought it had to be closed. no one there. 2 minutes on the switch without a single worker. then I heard someone on a phone in a personal call, so I called hallo to let them know that I am here. About 15 seconds later, she finally showed up with a completely acidic look on her face as if I had destroyed her day. I ordered with her while she took one call and went on to call the caller on Spanish. she took my money and didn't say anything about how long the pizza would take and didn't give me my drink I had to ask. if Pizzahut company has everyone proud of everything they need to look seriously into this facility and do something house cleaning.
I don’t understand why this place has been so awful for so many years. I hadn’t been by in about 10 years or so. Today I ordered a pizza through the app, went to pick it up, the manager wouldn’t acknowledge me or any customer standing in front of her. After 5 8 minutes of glaring at her to see if she would stop looking at tickets on the register and at least let me know she has registered my presence, I caught her attention and asked for my pizza. Thankfully, it was ready. I said thank you and have a good night, but it fell to deaf ears. I got home and I just couldn’t stomach this greasy, uncut, and uncooked garbage I paid for. I hope to everything that is holy that I remember this review so that I may never attempt another purchase at this location again.
To say I am disappointed, would be an UNDERSTATEMENT. Pizza hut has always been my go to, and I have always advocated for it when others didn't understand my love for The Hut. The food I was served tonight makes me understand Pizza Hut haters. I had called earlier tonight and spoke with someone pleasant. That was the end of my pleasantries with this location. When I got there to pick up my order, there were more than enough people working but it was clear they were more concerned with getting out of there for the night, then doing THEIR JOB. I was ignored for a bit while they stood around chatting. When I was finally helped, I said that I had ordered online to the one guy, and the girl next to him said very obnoxiously, WAIT... The system is still allowing online orders?? I'm not quite sure if anyone at that store realizes, but online it says they are open 'til 1AM, so someone needs to fix that or the attitudes of the workers. I then tried to pay in cash but they said there was no way for them to break my bill which I find a little hard to believe if there was a manager on duty. I have been in the service industry for over 5 years, and as a matter of fact my first job was in a pizza place. I know what it takes, and that is why I expected to be treated well. I expected to be taken care of with a smile and this crazy thing called customer service . I even had a cash tip in hand ready to give, but I decided to keep it after the way I was being treated. I usually feel really bad not tipping, even on takeout orders BUT after opening all of the food, I HAVE NO REGRETS. This pizza was the most sorry excuse of a pizza I think I have ever consumed. I would have turned around and taken it right back, but sadly I knew the people who gave it to me were probably gone because apparently they close at 11 and I really don't think they would have tried to make it right. The pizza was an accurate representation of how I imagined the workers valued the customers. Clearly, these people do not take pride in their work. I will never go to this pizza hut ever again. I pray that someone get's this place where it should be because at this moment it is like every other chain in Miami, TRASH!!!
I've just been told this location closes at 10PM. That's perfectly fine, but they should update their information online. Also, good luck getting a hold of anyone over the phone. Not to mention online ordering is not yet offered for this location as well... Very odd. I'd recommend going elsewhere.
I usually have great experiences at Pizza Huts, although this location was awful. I ordered my food in advance and when we arrived our order was wrong and my pasta was never put in. After waiting another 15 minutes they realized they STILL hadn’t put my pasta in. One of the employees then began to express herself very loudly about how horrible the chef was today and how much she dislikes working with her. Food was good, although the employees need more structure.
