Pollo Tropical - Miami

The customer service at this Pollo Tropical is top-notch. I have been a loyal fan for many years and have dined at multiple locations, but this one is definitely my favorite. The food quality is excellent and the staff is incredibly friendly.

The restaurant should consider replacing their cash register. The cashier appeared disinterested in her job. She was cold and seemed annoyed when I requested plastic utensils, clearly wanting to rush me out. If this is the level of service for the first customer, I can only imagine how it would be during busier lunch hours.

The restaurant was amazing when it first opened, but like all eateries, it has since declined in quality. The rice is often very dry, the chicken is overcooked and dry, and the presentations are sloppy. The business struggles to handle orders effectively, resulting in long wait times - usually at least an hour. Inside, there is chaos with customers waiting around while the staff try to figure out their tasks.

The food is good but this place always has dirty tables and floors. I even got wet napkins to clean our table, and employees just ignore us.

Always when I buy the food they put a very small portion of the rice.
