Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Miami

I enjoyed the way Popeyes prepared their food, but unfortunately, I experienced diarrhea twice after eating from this location. I usually take my food home, which is quite a distance away. Next time, I think I'll try a different restaurant.

For the business-minded individuals reading this, extra sauce and food have a far lesser impact on the bottom line compared to customer service. I know I won’t be returning to this particular Popeyes, and I doubt that group of customers will either. Why would we? We may be just a few people, but we are part of a larger trend that can affect them in the future.

This small restaurant has a seating capacity of around 48 people. The service was excellent, and the staff was very attentive! It's a fantastic spot for a quick and easy meal.

I would give it a no rating but then I couldn’t do a review. But I placed an order from this location that was confirmed by them. When door dash went to pick it up after an hour they told the third dasher that they will not serve and hand the food because they close at 11pm. Mind you it was 10:15pm when they refused but confirmed the order at 9pm. Waited over an hour till the third dasher was nice enough to call and say that this location refuse to make and hand the food. Yes I did get my credit back from door dash but super disappointed with this location.

The place is lousy, the manager is always scratching his body, he has skin problems with rashes, the whole place is dirty, there are no sauces, the soda machine spills water in front of the cashiers and many other things, very unpleasant attention in general ! NO RECOMMEND THAT YOU GO THERE please save your time and money.
