This skinny lanky guy (a Starbucks employee) just spat in my drink. I saw him do it at the counter. I’m reporting this now to corporate. I wasn’t rude to the employees, so that was unprofessional and unwarranted. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I come to this Starbucks all the time, and despite the perpetual hustle and bustle, the customer service never fails to impress, and the drinks are always good. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Dirty store with trash all over, employees barely look on your face if you dare to enter the place instead of being in the drive thru line. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
