Starbucks - Miami

Steven was the BEST! he was working the drive thru this afternoon while me and a coworker stopped for drinks and his kindness radiated through the microphone. It honestly made our day and i had to make sure he got the recognition!!

I have to say that I really enjoy visiting this Starbucks. Occasionally, they do run out of certain items, but I understand that this can happen anywhere due to shipping issues. However, the staff here is amazing when it comes to customer service. My orders are always prepared just the way I like them. I especially look forward to hearing Othell's voice on the speaker when I arrive early in the morning; he always brightens my day with his kindness. Thank you, Starbucks, for consistently providing such great service!

My husband and I were traveling for family reasons and stayed at the Aloft Miami Airport location. I was thrilled to find a Starbucks attached to the hotel! The Starbucks near our home doesn’t even compare to this one. The staff here were absolutely phenomenal throughout our entire stay! From the friendly greeting as soon as I walked in, to the team's attentiveness and collaboration for efficiency, everything was on point. I especially appreciated the nice farewell at the end with a warm “have a great day,” which really showed how much they cared about their work and their customers. It’s clear they are led by an exceptionally wonderful manager. It was inspiring to see everyone working together so well in today’s world! I’m very pleased with my experience and I’m sad to leave this location to go back home!

This Starbucks location is quite good. It features a drive-thru, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, they are currently only offering takeout and drive-thru services. There is also very limited outdoor seating available.
