Starbucks Coffee - Miami

The restaurant was unclean, and the music was too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. There was no Wi-Fi available, which added to the frustration. It felt like they didn’t want us to stay there.

I really love the baristas at this café; they always serve me with such care! However, there's one issue: their iPads don't prompt customers to leave a tip. I think this is something they should address!

I just left Stars and I found a piece of paper in my coffee! There’s a woman named Coco who has long eyelashes—it's quite concerning! The place is truly unhygienic. The young man who made the coffee today had a messy hairstyle, and I noticed his hair falling into everything! Please review the security footage and remind both employees to maintain proper hygiene when handling food and drinks!

I'm going to dieucks for a predictable experience. what I have in ny vs miami vs midwest, etc. should feel the same way. I will say the barista was certainly pleasant and polite, but the team did not “flow”. she made my egg bites while she kept me in the payment pending so I had to wait on the counter. in the meantime my coffee came up; I said to another employee: "I will be there, wait on tap / payment approved screen". her answer was “No care about it” lol so I took my coffee and had a seat, not the opportunity to tap. she also said they only have regular cream cheese and brought me a rosin bagel when I ordered a whole bagel. all in all, a very underwhelming experience. I'm going somewhere else.

I love Starbucks especially now the pumpkin spice is back very delicious
