Írjon visszajelzéstI want to share my experience at the Subway restaurant located at 3129 Grand Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33133. I’m not sure what time the restaurant is supposed to close, but when I visited just before 10:00 PM this past weekend, I was not allowed in. Today (Tuesday), I arrived a little after 9:30 PM, thinking the closing time was 10:00 PM, but once again, the door was locked. When I called from the parking lot, the employee informed me that they close at 9:30 PM. This is surprising, as every other Subway I’ve visited closes at 11:00 PM on weekdays. Is this employee just being lazy?
I had a negative experience when it came to paying for my meal. They initially promised me a 20% discount on my order, but when it came time to settle the bill, they refused to honor it. Instead, they asked me to come back the next day or during my next visit to receive the discount. When I returned, they only offered me a 10% discount and wouldn't accept any vouchers they had. It felt like they were trying to rectify the situation by assuming I didn’t spend enough for the full 20%. I am very frustrated, as it seems like they are being dishonest and trying to take advantage of me. They are not willing to do the right thing, and because of this experience, I won’t be returning. Businesses like this that don’t treat customers well will ultimately lose support. I felt charged for items I never even agreed to purchase.
I had an incredible experience with the customer service at this location. I was truly impressed. I highly recommend it!
Despite having three staff members on shift, the organization among the employees is lacking. They really need to improve their delivery speed. It takes about 15 minutes to get my order, and by the time it arrives, my meal is already cold.
The two women working here are incredibly caring and attentive. The food is consistently excellent as well. However, the space is too cramped for the number of customers, and the soda machine behind the counter creates challenges for the staff, who are juggling multiple tasks at once. This place could really benefit from having three employees!
