Wendy's - Miami

They need major improvements. Apparently I don't learn from my mistakes, this place should be shut down for good. If I could I'd rate it -0000000000000000000000000000. No joke

It's perfectly fine to add a bit more lemonade to the cup when someone requests light ice. I assure you that the store and the company won’t suffer because of it.

The service was quick and friendly, and I really liked the menu options. I had a great experience and will definitely return, especially since it's a local business run by members of the community.

I was really disappointed with how the lady treated my husband this morning, November 11, 2022. We approached her respectfully and kindly inquiring if they were participating in the free breakfast for Veterans Day. When he showed her his driver's license, which clearly stated "Veteran," she was very dismissive and immediately insisted that it wasn’t the correct card. Even after he pointed out that it does say "Veteran," she continued to act as if she was right. Additionally, she handed over the food before confirming his veteran status and then rudely told him it wasn’t the right card. Perhaps next time, she should verify the status before being so abrupt. While I understand that some customers can be difficult, that doesn’t excuse being rude to everyone.

I'm rating this location one star because I really enjoy Wendy's, but this particular branch is the worst. The customer service is awful. I've attempted to give them several chances, but the food is consistently undercooked and poorly presented.
