Hardee’s - Miamisburg

I felt obliged to write this review because, I can tell it’s new management in place. My encounter with Latonya just brightened my day! She was so upbeat and polite! Can’t beat good service with a smile. The cars were moved pretty fast! But, she remained patient with me as I was making up my mind about what I wanted! When I got my order the food was fresh and hot! Shot out to the cooks!

So before I could even pay for my food there's a problem ?. Your team member definitely disrespected us by thinking she was going to make my drinks and hand me my food after reaching out of the drive thru window to pet someone dog like how disgusting and gross I don't even eat around my own puppy smh ? I wanted that big juicy hot ham sandwich bad and my hubby definitely was about to give it another go because he tasted one of mine before and fell in. You wasted my gas and time today why would you do this .. lady go home for today.

I was in Miamisburg Ohio at the Homewoodsuits hotel for a night my husband and I were travelling to Florida from Canada on February 8th 2024 and this was one of our stops , we’ll after a long day of driving we decided to take the dogs for a walk and pick up some food we had never tried Hardee’s before so we thought we would give it a go ! Well to our absolute pleasure I was greeted by a lovey lady she welcomed me with such enthusiasm and hospitality right away I felt welcome to the USA! They got to work and made our burgers and treated our dogs to a couple of snacks thank you so much ladies I am sorry I lost the receipt that had your names on them but you know who you are I hope.

I visit this store 2-3 times a week before work and have had the most pleasant experience for the past few months. Prompt service and correct orders!!!Kid-friendliness: Latunya is always pleasant to my very talkative 6 year old granddaughter. Latunya has changed the atmosphere at this location in a positive way. She is always pleasant and has a smile on her face with every visit I have made.

Yea I don't really leave reviews but the older woman her name was latunya she people she gave me motherly vibes like I was back home in the kitchen with my moms I like her I will be back for her specifically only but thanks latunya you made my day that dayParking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: No kids for me
