The staff is polite! Service is quick both in the dining area and for delivery. Everything is always very tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Not good. Uncomfortable. Slow service. Kids are working at the counter. I like the chain, but I'm really tired of this location. We waited 30 minutes for a pizza, and then the staff started trying to remember what kind of tea to make. The salad was icy. Maybe they'll learn someday.

Order No. 8 on May 5, 2020. The menu has a lot of options with pepperoni, making it difficult to choose something that is both hearty, meaty, and not spicy. I ended up selecting three pizzas, one of which was the large Ham and Cheese Pizza (35 cm). Ingredients: ham, mozzarella, sauce. Priced at 575 rubles, I’m not sure such a meager selection warrants that cost. I might be out of touch with pricing. I was not impressed with the pizza at all, but I chose it myself, so I can’t complain too much. I believe that two-ingredient pizzas should allow customers to customize their selections, removing unnecessary toppings from fully loaded pizzas, and naturally, the price should decrease accordingly. The other items I ordered seemed decent, and the desserts raised my rating to 4 stars. The dessert rolls were very tasty, and I definitely recommend them to everyone.

The food is mediocre. The place looks nice, and the brand is well-promoted. I've tried the pizzas and pasta a few times, but they didn't impress me. You won't get food poisoning, but it certainly won't bring you any pleasure either.
