Fushimi Sushi - Middleburg

A must to eat. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was beautiful. The waiting staff is very attentive and polite. Get a free appetizer sample. Great value with the amount of food. Even the children's meal was more than enough, as it ordered steak with soup or salad and came with fried rice and vegetables. The other meals were Teriyaki Steak and Teriyaki Chicken, both came with rice, soup and salad. Do not forget the great appetizers they offer, as well as a variety of sushi.

Delicious sushi and great service. The interior is also quite good. Little, but we stay. Great for location and cost.

This was my first visit, but it definitely won't be my last. I had a fantastic lunch, which included three tacos, soup, salad, and a drink for just over $16. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent.

This was undoubtedly the best sushi and hibachi restaurant I've ever visited. The service was quick, and the food was exceptional; every bite was a mouthwatering delight. If you're ever in Jacksonville or Middleburg, this place is a must-visit!

This restaurant is fantastic! The food presentation is impressive, and the interior has a cozy atmosphere—though it’s on the smaller side, it works really well. The menu primarily features sushi, as you might expect from the name. I wish there were more options like spicy chicken, pork, and fresh kimchi, but when I requested the chicken to be made spicy, they accommodated my request perfectly. The steak was cooked just as I had ordered. Overall, it’s a wonderful place!
