Yama Sushi Bento - Middleburg

I ordered the Hibachi steak and shrimp, but they arrived cold and covered in a sweet sauce. I politely asked to just pay for my drink and leave, but was told that wasn't an option. They offered to cook another dish for me, but I declined. I ended up paying the full bill and leaving. I suggest saving your money and eating elsewhere.

The customer service at this restaurant was very poor. I was disappointed with my experience tonight. I have been a regular customer who usually orders takeout without any issues, but tonight was different. The waitress seemed overwhelmed and the owners were not very helpful, staying in the back and only serving drinks to new customers. Our food was brought out at different times, with two of us eating before the third person. When we ordered a hibachi meal, we were only given rice and meat, but were charged for the entire meal. When we asked to be charged appropriately, we were rudely told not to return. Additionally, there were inconsistencies with the taxes on our bill, which seemed manipulated.

My family has been dining at this restaurant for years. I can't believe how much I love this place. It truly is a hidden gem. In the four years I have been coming here, I have never had a bad experience. Once they get to know you, they make it personal and it's a heartwarming feeling. The food is consistently delicious. It's hard to maintain that level of quality, but they always succeed. I love bringing all my friends and family here, and everyone I introduce to this place keeps coming back, even if they have to travel to my side of the city. Overall, it's a great place to eat, with a wonderful staff and a clean, relaxing environment.

The restaurant of the small family. there are 7 tables and for dinner it fills quickly. i highly recommend the gator **** with the tataki. the best gatortail we've ever had. there is a lot when sushi reels pick up, and those we had were great. come back definitiw.

Awesome hidden gem! I've been enjoying delicious food here for over 6 years and I recommend them to everyone! The staff is very polite and accommodating, the appeal is really cool too ..its a small restaurant, but they definitely designed the inside to feel authentic! The menu has a large selection so there's something for everyone and you're getting quality made-to-order food. My wife and I will be eating here regularly until they close shop
