Great food. I've been here for over 20 years. eating is all done in the house. I recommend drilling and ripping. love the 50/50 sauce. they also make catering. I had nothing here that was disappointed. children love max and cheese here.

The onkel is back! I am a fan of the original days in waterbury. simply, there is no better bbq in the northeast, any other pale in comparison. I'm a fan of living. the sides are enormous and important. worship them. cherish her. revere. support her.

I really miss the old days at the Waterbury strip mall. They had an impressive wall of hot sauces, and their wings and chili dogs were the best! Plus, the blues music added to the great vibe.

I absolutely love Uncle Willies! My husband and I always choose to go there whenever we have a craving for BBQ. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is excellent.

This was the worst food I've ever experienced. The banana pudding was runny, and the bananas were not ripe at all. The mac and cheese tasted like something from KFC, and there was no seasoning in any of the dishes. It's hard to believe they specialize in BBQ and soul food when they clearly can't cook. Nothing was edible.
