Mcdonald's - Middlesboro

I hope that everyone who lives close has a good experience at the Clinton Tn McDonald's there fast and get your order right.

They dont never get r food rite. Me and my daughter went out there one day and was eating and she found a hair in her big mac and it wasnt her hair. I took it back in and they wouldn't do any about it. This was 2 weeks ago so I will never go back out there plus they have teenagers working and they just dont care how they act to there customers.

We ordered two Shamrock Shakes, and they were both disappointingly watery, resembling mint syrup more than a shake. The overwhelming aroma made it impossible to enjoy them, to the point where it felt like a burn on my palate. I usually love Shamrock Shakes, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had.

I had the quickest service I've ever received at a McDonald's. The staff was fantastic!

The food is excellent, and while the customer service could use some improvement, most of the staff are friendly.
