Su Taco Casa - Middlesboro

I absolutely love this restaurant! I used to visit it as a child when it was in the mall, and I still enjoy it just as much now. The owner is a wonderful person; I've known him for years, and I can't imagine anyone having anything bad to say about this place. The food is incredible and tastes exactly as it did 30 years ago. I highly recommend it!

The food has changed quite a lot in the last few months. The portion sizes are noticeably smaller, and the flavor is quite different. I've always liked their dishes, but there seems to be something that's shifted.

I recommend you avoid Bell and take a short drive across town to Taco Casa instead. They offer a wider variety of options, and the food tastes significantly better. Although it’s slightly off the main road, I believe it's definitely worth the trip. The staff was extremely friendly, there’s ample parking, and they uphold Christian values. It’s the best fast food Mexican restaurant around!

I was offered a choice between hard or soft tacos for the family meal, only to be told that we couldn't mix and match. That didn't make sense to me. If one option costs more than the other, why not just charge for the pricier choice and allow customers to have what they prefer? I also paid for an extra cup of mild sauce, but I didn’t receive the complimentary portions that usually come with the meals. At this rate, by the time I'm ready to give it another chance, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re out of business.

I absolutely LOVE Taco Casa! It may not be for everyone, and my review might be a bit biased since I've been eating there my whole life, but taco burgers are like a dream for me. The burritos wrapped in those unusual, powdery tortillas are fantastic! I just can't get enough of them!
