Good service, sometimes it seems like they don't have enough staffing but whomever is working always seems to make our subs quickly correctly! No complaints

Good eats... Its NOT corporate... not the greatest sandwich I ever had but still very good in and of itself... definitely worth the stop.

I manage a large apartment building on the west side of Madison and we experienced a tremendous flood last night. This location was kind enough to deliver a sandwich tray full of sandwiches for our staff and residents. Their kindness in a stressful time of need was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much to the University Avenue location!

Staff is always friendly, produce fresh, and sandwiches yummy! I just wish ONE of these sandwich shops had gluten free bread, common people it's 2016!!!
