Applebee's Grill - Middletown

Was great. a few friends and I left. the waitress was very nice and attentive.

Good food, unfortunately lack of customer service. terrible experience. I wish I had taken my time to read the reviews before this. ?

For years not here. eating was great, and the staff is fantastic. we were at the bar and the whole event was excellent. look at this place, they have rutgers everywhere.

I like apples that eat is okay for an evening meal and the drinks are actually quite good, but this place especially lacks good customer service, the first time the waitress went decent and attentive in one dimension, but this time I have to say our waitress was horrible, she gave no care like a attitude as if she would run past our table, not ask us how

Went in for a late lunch with my mom who has Alzheimer’s. It was a hard day for her and me too. Desperately needed the Perfect Margarita and food too. Our server Mel was fantastic! She went above and beyond to make us comfortable and while I tipped her well, I wish I could have afforded to tip her more. Thanks Mel for helping me mom have a nice break during a difficult day.
