Dunkin' - Middletown

I stopped by for a quick bite before my morning flight and enjoyed an iced latte along with a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The food was hot and fresh, and the staff were very friendly. Service was quick, from payment to order pickup, making for a pleasant experience overall.

I waited about 20 minutes for the staff member to return from her break. I arrived at 11 a.m., and then found out that they would only start serving sandwiches at 11:30 a.m., after two breakfast items. When I asked about my order, she informed me that the ovens were shut down because they close at 12 p.m., which means there was a full hour without service for Dunkin' Donuts. I love this place and will definitely return, but not if it means dealing with this employee's lack of effort.
