Dunkin' - Middletown

Yesterday, I went to Baskin Robbins and was disappointed to find melted ice cream with tiny scoops. Today, I visited Dunkin' Donuts and received a burnt bagel. I used to go there daily, but I think I'll look for a new spot next time.

I have to share a disappointing review based on my recent experience. I ordered a caramel macchiato with no foam, but it arrived with foam. They did get the no whipped cream part right and attempted to flip it, although that didn't seem to happen. When I finally tasted my drink, I was surprised to find it was packed with foam. Despite the cost, I took a sip because I dislike wasting money, but all I could taste was coffee and milk—there was no caramel flavor at all. I'm really let down by how my order was handled. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered issues with my orders here. I wish you all a good day and a pleasant week ahead, but as far as coffee orders go, you won't be seeing me again in the future.

I really enjoy visiting this location. It tends to be quiet and clean, and the staff are always friendly. It's also very baby-friendly, which is great since I bring my six-month-old with me. After school, you'll often see middle schoolers stopping by for a snack, which adds a lively and fun atmosphere that I really like!

I had a highly disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. I ordered two bacon croissant stoppers, two servings of hash browns, and a chai tea. Unfortunately, the tea was made incorrectly, and when I brought it to the staff's attention, they responded with a very unfriendly demeanor. They had difficulty understanding my order entirely, which resulted in me being charged for four items instead! After spending 20 minutes trying to get my order sorted, I left feeling frustrated and upset, having spent $25 on a breakfast I didn’t even enjoy.

We waited 30 minutes to get our drinks, and we also had to wait to be seated.
