Dunkin' - Middletown

On the way out of town. the drinks lubricated absolutely disgusting [coffee with cream and sugar nothing funny]. we threw them completely away because they were unimaginable. I would give zero stars if I could.

Long waits and some of the staff members are testy!

I just went to return a coffee that was made wrong and I asked the girl if she wanted the coffee back that was made wrong and she said “no because of Covid we can’t take s back”. So, I understand that but I don’t understand why she had to curse. To me, as a paying customer, that’s very disrespectful.

I used to love that Dunkin but since the managers left the service is extremely slow morning rush is a nightmare

I waited for 10 minutes before being completely ignored. Despite making eye contact with two employees, the night shift manager seemed more interested in gossip than taking orders. If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would.
