El Rancho Grande Mexican - Middletown

I’m starting to think that this is my favorite El Rancho location among all the ones in Dayton. I’ve always noticed that each El Rancho has its unique twist, even though the menu is the same. For example, the taco shells here are definitely the best—they're crispier and have a slightly different appearance compared to other locations. I’ve never really liked their salsa (it's too smooth and not chunky enough for my taste), but it tastes better here. The portion sizes are also generous.

Fast service, excellent margaritas at an affordable price, and delicious food. As a solo traveler who loves Mexican cuisine, this place really exceeded my expectations! It also has a charming interior.

For a chain restaurant, this one really stands out. The food at this location was just as excellent as at the one in Fairborn/Beavercreek, right near WPAFB. It still holds the title for the best fajita I've ever tasted. Everything is delicious here. The steak is cooked to perfection, although their salsa could use some improvement. The queso was quite tasty, and the street tacos were large, crunchy, and flavorful.

My favorite local Mexican restaurant, the staff are always a hoot!

Absolute great place! Vicky was so sweet kind attentive, we had to revisit, during our short stay! The manager, Monica, remembered us the next evening welcomed us back! Such great hospitality! Such a wonderful out of town experience...bathroom's are beautiful as are the people drinks Parking: Parking lot is very accountable
