Fujiya Ramen - Middletown

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is incredible, the hostess is incredibly friendly, and I always leave feeling satisfied. I can't stop recommending this place to everyone I know and I frequently bring my friends and coworkers here. There's nothing quite like enjoying a bowl of hot ramen, whether it's a chilly day or a warm one. This is my go-to spot for any kind of celebration, outing, or even just a casual night out. I visit almost every week and the hostess knows my order by heart at this point.

So far, it is the best Ramen I've had in CT compared to Japan! Prove me wrong!! I am rarely in Middletown, but if I'm ever in the area, Fujiya Ramen is the go-to for lunch or dinner! It is great to be able to sit at the counter too!

For our wedding anniversary, my partner and I decided to celebrate by ordering takeout from this restaurant. The food was absolutely divine! From the ramen and gyudon to the gyoza, bao, miso, karaage, curry, and mochi... everything was incredibly delicious. We had enough leftovers to last us for days.

This is my favorite place to go! The food is amazing, the hostess is so nice and I always leave me happy! I'll tell everyone I know about this restaurant and bring all my friends and colleagues here. Nothing is better than a bowl of hot ramen on a cold day? or even a warm day. It is my favorite place for any event, opportunity and night to go outside. I am here almost weekly, and my order is basically thought by the hostess at this point.

Service sucks, when we walked in the waitress was busy slurping her food. And didn't want to come up really when we asked her to make the Ramen spicy. I asked for soy chicken and she gave me meat instead without no consideration. And brought the check when we weren't even finished.
