Rally's - Middletown

This is the worst fast-food restaurant I have ever visited. Every time I've been there, I've had to wait at least 20 minutes. The employees are rude and show no consideration for other people's time. If you're a DoorDash driver, I recommend steering clear of this place entirely.

I waited at the speaker for four minutes while remaining polite, even thanking her and wishing her a good day. Unfortunately, she didn't respond and even rolled her eyes at me, not saying a single word to me or my family. It’s unacceptable, and I believe she should be let go. As for the food, I don’t want it; I think I deserve a full refund along with free ice cream for my grandchildren. I will be reaching out to corporate about this situation!

I waited in line for half an hour with just one person ahead of me. When I finally reached the counter, I had to wait another 10 minutes. When I got my order, they had given me the wrong items. I ordered three chicken tenders but received loaded chili fries instead. The mushroom Swiss burgers were cold. Thankfully, the milkshake was good, as I spent the drive home sipping on it and only realized the mistake with my food once I got home. But honestly, complaining never does much good, except maybe to improve Google’s ratings since they keep prompting me to review these places, haha!

Had been a while and I'm glad I did. My loaded fries were made perfectly, they were exactly what I asked for and the man who took my order is obviously a G and just as cool as, yours truly. Cuz I ordered it by saying can you please make it crazy sloppy, not sloppy sloppy but sexy sloppy? Amazingly fun, it was fresh, and delicious. I wish I would have taken a pic to show others the standard to which crazy sexy sloppy (loaded) Rally fries should be held....

I normally love their food but this time the spicy chicken doubles tasted weird and they messed up the order and gave us a plain milkshake when we ordered banana
