Írjon visszajelzéstWhen I went through the drive-thru to pick up my order, the employee acknowledged my presence at the window but then completely ignored me. I waited for about 20 minutes, hoping to be greeted and receive my order. Another customer pulled up behind me, and I warned him that he might be waiting for a while since I hadn’t been acknowledged. After 20 minutes, I decided to go inside to retrieve my order, but even there, it took several minutes for someone to greet me, despite the fact that there were no other customers in line. I noticed five other employees behind the counter. Eventually, after about 10 minutes, I finally got someone's attention, and he asked if I needed help. I explained that I had placed an online order and had been waiting for quite a while. When I finally received my appetizer sampler, it was cold after a total wait of 40 minutes. My milkshakes were barely recognizable, having melted to the point of being just liquid. Overall, I am very unhappy with the customer service and the excessive waiting time, both in the drive-thru and inside the store. I didn’t even receive an apology for the inconvenience.
I went to the bathroom before pumping gas and the bathrooms were disgusting and without toilet paper. Second, the employees had gf/friends in there dancing in isles. Third, the outside is awful. I was at pump 3 and the pumps were covered in spider webs andI lost count as to how many spiders (which were huge) were there. Trash as far as I could see spilling out of trashcans. Not agood place of business and I do not feel this is a Sheetz I will frequent again!
The manager, Nate, stepped in to stop some rude individuals who were bothering me while I tried to inflate my tires. He ensured they left me alone and even helped me fill my tires properly. Growing up around garages, I felt like my dad or grandpa would have done the same. Thank you, Nate!
I stopped by for lunch and, while I enjoyed the custom spicy chicken sandwich and the rest of my meal, I feel like I could have found a cheaper option elsewhere.
