Starbucks - Middletown

I felt hurried both at the drive-thru speaker and window. The worker was giving me several items at once in a disorganized manner. My Impossible sandwich was cold in the center. When I returned it, the employee showed no remorse and just asked what I wanted her to do. The replacement sandwich was overcooked.

This restaurant is located conveniently inside the Kroger grocery store. The staff is very friendly, and there is almost no wait time compared to the standalone store across the street.

Rebecca who worked this morning was beyond kind and fixed my drink when it was my error. She did not appear frustrated and remained calm while fixing my drink. She was so sweet!

If I could, I would give this restaurant 0 stars. This is the second time that they have completely messed up my order, and just look at what the coffee looked like today.

A bit on the expensive side, but my mocha latte was good, just a little strong.
