I 'm Hispanic. On Sunday I went to this location for dinner with my 24 year old son, sat at the bar and ordered a beer. The bartender asked for our IDs. I had left mine in the car and asked her if a picture would be ok. She said no so I said I 'd have water. She said I needed my ID to sit at the bar and invited me to ask for a table. At this point the other dinners are the bar got upset with her saying they were not asked for their IDs. I just went to my car to get my ID, however, while sitting there 6 dinners sat at the bar and she didn 't ask any of them for their ID. I paid my check and proceeded to ask for the manager. When he came over I told him what happened and he said We ask for the ID based on how people look . I told him, I 'm a 43 year old woman, I do not look 21. At this point this feels racial because I 'm Hispanic and I 'm considering filing a lawsuit . He said nothing and left. They are obviously profiling. If you 're Hispanic don 't leave your hard earned money there.

I have had only 1 bad meal here at Texas Roadhouse Middleford Delaware (a Prime rib that seemed cooked earlier and then warmed). The rest of the visits the meals were excellent. The service has always been good. Yesterday a group of 6 of us dined there. The noise level was such it was hard to enjoy the meal. We could hardly hear each other. What really was the last straw was the servers gathering again and again for happy birthday songs. It was ear shattering! Also how about some new rugs? I am surprised the health department does not shut this place down! J

Delicious food and sweet tea was perfect. Thanks to our server Julie, everything was PERFECT.

I have always enjoyed their food but something has changed My favorite has been the beef tips but the last two times the meat has been uchewable, can't believe how bad the quality of the meat has become. Mostly grissel , friend had ordered the same and she had the same experience.
