Cafe Zinc - Midland

I have had breakfast, lunch and dinner at this restaurant and each one was distinct and delicious. The service is very good and the environment is comfortable. Best restaurant in Midland by far.

Cafe Zinc Eggs Benedict was delicious . The hash browns were cooked perfectly and no need for ketchup they were seasoned perfectly. Our server Meagan was on point. I was able to ask for a drink that wasn?t on the menu and it was probably one of thebest tequila espresso martinis I have had. Jeff and I will be making this establishment a regular stop ??????

This was my first time visiting Cafe' Zinc and I highly recommend it for atmosphere and delicious food, my server was a little slow about bringing coffee at the start but still a lovely restaurant for breakfast. Their quiche was delicious! I've continuedto come several times and enjoy it each time. I really appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant and bathrooms.

You will not be disappointed dining here, everything is top notch. I highly recommend reservations, this place is busy, and for good reason! The breakfast was delicious, everyone enjoyed their meals. Servers and hosts well trained, friendly, and actually seem HAPPY to be there! -far superior service than most restaurants you’ll visit. We also loved that the fire place was on, such a cozy and inviting space!

After some inconsistent dining experiences in the past, Cafe Zinc didn't disappoint. I ate here for a business dinner. Amy, the waitress, was excellent. Attentive and professional. One of the better waitresses or waiters I've had at a restaurant outside fine dining in major cities. The menu is pretty extensive with something for everyone. I actually prefer it to the menu of the other restaurant at the hotel. I honestly don't know how a hotel that feels half-empty can have two restaurants and one bar open every night. But I digress. The wine list was pretty extensive and affordably priced. I liked the dry riesling from Michigan, although the chardonnay from France was a better pick. My salmon was perfectly cooked and presented. I appreciated the white tablecloths. All things considered, I would return. My only recommendation would be to drop the lighting or play some better atmospheric music.
