Jimmy's Egg Midland

Jimmy's egg is hands down my favorite breakfast in all Midland / Odessa! Everything on the menu is amazing and their service is never disappointed even if they are busy. I can't recommend this restaurant enough.

Food was great, service was fast and prices were comparable. Great place on a flight in Midland International.

Oh my goodness, their breakfast is delicious, all taste authentic and fresh. Had an omelet made to order just right, the hashbrowns were also really good. Pancakes were perfect with a melt in your mouth buttery flavor!! My waitress was phenomenal and totally on her game, thanks Briget for great food and even better service!!

The staff here is great the food was even better! We got our Uber order mixed up and didn’t receive the right items.. we contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manager, who didn’t just suggest we requested a refund which of course we planned on doing, but also replaced our order the following day.

It's becoming a tradition to eat here at least one Saturday morning a week. It gets VERY packed so try to be early. Fast service, great breakfast food, and try a mimosa.
