Subway - Midland

My husband Went to Subway on Andrew's Hwy in Odessa at 630 pm after a long day to get a sandwich and there were two ladies working. He was only customer in store. No one greeted him nor offered to make any food for 5 minutes. When he asked if he could get a sandwich they said they were busy making another 4 sandwiches to make? He stood and waited and finally left and went to Taco Villa where he got great service. No excuse for poor service and rude people.

Great customer service and the ingredients and my sandwich was perfectly made! Loved this place!

This review is for this Subway location, mainly for their customer service. I went today around 12:30 PM and was helped by the friendliest staff I've encountered at a Subway. Both ladies behind the counter were not only extremely courteous, but were very helpful as well. Five stars for those employees and for whoever hired them.

Ive been coming here for a while always loved them today i went for a sub the sandwich artist looked like he was on drugs he was half hazardously tossing the ingredients i asked for on to the sandwich looked terrible) and throwing em back into the bucket the same way he had a aditude like he didnt want to be there bad enough to the point where i almost walked out on him making my sub i recomend the one on illinois more havent seen any crack heads there i wont be coming back to this location

I stood at the counter for ten minutes while a girl was preoccupied with her phone. When I finally mentioned this, she continued to be focused on her screen. Terrible service.
