O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Midlothian

Wow! It has actually been for several years since we visited. O' Charley's in Chesterfield didn't disappoint! Great service, food and atmosphere. We will return! The manager also worked with all the great staff (photo). Updated: since pandemic this page is even better. Staff blow my mind because they are tirelessly good to fit with food. Great service, fresh drinks, delicious food! Earl was a great waiter when he brought energy and knowledge to our donation experience. I had not visited this place since the pre-palemy, and I must say it has actually improved. The food was fresh and hot from the stove. Happy Hour was a success with great drinks options to choose from. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who crosses the area or lives in the areas. Food recommendations: steak and salmon. Spinach Artichoke Dip.

The waitress was very kind and helpful. The asparagus was less than acceptable. The better ones were set on top of gross ones. The plate should not have been sent out. Waitress did have it corrected

Horrible meal! We arrived at 735pm, manager was talking to a lady in the bar area,, so we stood waiting to be seated, another girl came out then he came over apologizing and seated us in the bar also. Ordered steak and ribs smash potatoes,, salad and Steak and salmon baked potatoes salad. Salmon and steak were dry. The bread was hard, girl said they had thrown all of it out so couldn't replace it! I stopped coming to this location 2 years ago, because of service and food. I was reminded again why I stopped. My dog will eat good tonight.

I have long been a fan of O'Charley's and it had been a long time since I had been to one since the one nearest to me close after the COVID 19 pandemic. I stopped my this located today for a late lunch. The menu was very familiar which was nice and prices I thought remained fair. The service at the bar top was okay. But I have to admit the quality of food was disappointing. Done of the food on my plate was hot, and some was cold. The taste (quality) defused not as good as I remember! Maybe a supply chain issue has forced them to use different vendors. I don't know. But I do know that I will not be rushing to return to O'Charley's. Disappointed
