Panera Bread - Midlothian

The food was underwhelming at best. Way too much condiments that completely overpowered the flavor of the food. The soup was flavorless. Ive had much better in store vs delivery. Very disappointed.

5/24/22 order the delivery via panera website. they have a problem with missing items, but no one will answer the phone at panera. it rings and rings and then just stops ringing (no answer.) so they don't care if they have messed up their order. there is no way to tell them. starts at 11:50, still at 1:36 pm. no answer, even if they choose to talk to a manager. 5/25/22 call again at 9:30 o'clock, same. no answer. update: you need to contact panera via facebook. they offer a $5 loan, but this will not be the missing item and delivery. customer support later even more credit after I complained. also here, no effort to send the missing article to me and no contact from the local business at all.

Not the best experience and went to wash my hands and was extremely disappointed in The cleanliness of the restroom! It will be a while before I come back!

So I?ve visited this location on several times and the food is very good when it?s done right. However there were some downers to this location. There was older grey haired guy who took our order he needs to be retrained in customer service! Their bathroom is disgusting I had a take out order so I didn?t sit, but the inside was filthy. And my wife found a hair in her sandwich. I can?t go back there the idea of it turns my stomach.

We had lunch on a Sunday. I ordered the grilled cheese with a bowl of tomato soup. The sandwich wasn't grilled like the picture showed, but it was brown around the edges and the cheese was melted. It still tasted good, just wish they'd actually grilled the bread. My wife got a salad with her flatbread pizza which was very good also. The staff were friendly and the interior was clean. There are plenty of tables outside for dining also.
