Írjon visszajelzéstYou know Cupbop good. The fried chicken is great. All their noodles are sweet potato. Great portions and tho location is not stingy with the sauce. Parking is tight. Had to walk quite a way from our parking spot. Quick friendly service. No complaints.
I’ve had some bad experiences at another Cupbop location so when my experience today was THE BEST ever today, I had to take a second to submit a review. I went during a lunch break at work. The employee was masked (love it) and so nice. Service was so quick. Everywhere was clean. Then I got my food and she even thought to give me extra sauce!! (Which is something I always need but never think to ask for). The food was AMAZING. Everything top quality. I have food allergies and everything my order was correct. Overall, phenomenal experience. Reminds me why I do love cupbop. Shout out to Karina for making my day.
This was a very disappointing experience. We arrived at 8:40, 20 minutes prior to close and were told they were out of veggies, but we weren't ordering veggies so we stayed to order. We were incouraged to use the kiosk to order. After ordering, as they were making our food, they ran out of all the idems we ordered. Out of our 6 orders, they could only fill 2.5. We asked for and got a refund for the unfilled orders, but ended up paying full price for 3 orders. I would have been happy with the 3 orders we got except they all ended up being gross and the last one was only half full. The chicken tasted stale to the 3 of us! I get that we went in close to closing time, but we were out of there before they closed. This could have been avoided if we ordered one at a time in person instead of in advance at the kiosk. They could have also told us before we ordered that their food was almost gone and the stuff they did have wasn't fresh. I normally love cupbop, but this location really let us down. Lesson learned!
Love the food but the atmosphere here has really gone down hill. They take you order via a kiosk system that takes just as long as it would be for me to order it in person and pay and leave. Employees just stand around, don't greet people and it's just nothing like the vibe cupbop used to give. I only return for the food.
I like the food from cupbop it’s not to bad. Better than most of the garbage out there. With that said you have to bear in mind, it’s all very basic. Rice, noodles, a sprinkle of cabbage, a spoon of meat and a squirt of sauce. That’s it, it all sits in pre made bins over warmers. That’s all ok. I know exactly what I’m getting when I walk in the door, for the most part. Here’s the rub though. Before you have even had a sniff they are ask for a 20 percent tip! How is this acceptable. I haven’t had a bite. I’ve been in the place for 30 seconds. My food will come out of the warming bins in a couple minutes. I’m out the door in a total of like five minutes. I like to reserve the option of being generous with a gratuity for great food and good service from people who make an effort in their area of service. This is a fast food place not any different from the rest. Stop gouging everyone for tips! If you have to promise the tips to get people hired then just pay your people better. Nobody like’s your grift. Not your customers or, your employees.
