Firehouse Subs Ft Union - Midvale

Well, it's never good when you get food poisoning but…I did. I know it's probably a one off, so I don't want to be critical but there prime rib was overcooked and did me in.

I love firehouse subs, a great choice for sandwiches that is a bit higher quality than subway. Employees are nice enough and the food is good. My favorite sandwich is the brisket, and the pickles are a nice touch.

Food is great but when they are busy they don't always get it right

Sandwiches. Not much else. Go in, order, take home, eat. They meet my expectation.

We normally are very pleased with everything when we go here for lunch. This last time was a bit disappointing in that the staff neglected the dining area, wiping and sanitizing the tables and sweeping the floor. I filled out a survey so I am hoping we won't have that problem in the future. 2 months later: I had received a response from the owner, Natalie Morris, apologizing for my experience.
